Payment

Customer agrees to the following

• PAYMENT TERMS:  Payment is due thirty (15) days after date of Victerz’s invoice. Victerz will invoice for purchase price, any applicable taxes, duties and tariffs, shipping, handling and/or insurance charges. Any payment not made within the fifteen (15) day period will be subject to a re-occurring monthly interest charge of 1.5%, of the overdue payments. In addition, if any cancellation causes any expenses to be incurred by Victerz, a cancellation charge covering these expenses will be charged to the Customer.
