Customer agrees to the following

• SHIPMENT AND ACCEPTANCE: Orders are shipped via Victerz’s recommended carriers. Customer must inspect all aspects of the shipment and notify Victerz, in writing, within five (5) days after receipt of goods if product is defective. Victerz will work with the customer to replace or refund payment (excluding shipping and handling) for the item.
• SCOPE OF — USE: Customer agrees that its use of material has a demonstrated encouragement, lifestyle, or educational purpose. Customer agrees not to use material for clinical applications. Customer assumes all risk and responsibility in connection with the receipt, use, storage, handling, transfer, or other disposal of any material. Customer shall hold Victerz harmless against any claims, actions, suits, damages, losses and expenses that arise out of or relates to any receipt, use, storage, handling, transfer or other disposal of any material provided hereunder.
• PRICING AND PRICE CORRECTIONS:  With regards to pricing, Victerz reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on  the Victerz Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
