Sona Nahapetyan, MA

Ms. Nahapetyan is a member-manager of Victerz, LLC, a company that empowers clients in self-improvement.  Sona has a Master’s degree in International Development Policy (Duke University) and a second Master’s degree in Linguistics (Yerevan State University Faculty of Foreign Languages).  Previously, she was in Operations and Financial Audits at the European Union.  During a term at the World Bank she consulted on Africa policy for economic development.  During a tenure at Duke University, in the Global Value Chain Center, she advanced economic analysis across global supply trades with focus in production of goods, supply, distribution, and post-sales activities across geographies.  She is fluent in the languages of English, Armenian & Russian and has some conversational understanding in French and Spanish.

Randy McClelland, PhD

Dr. McClelland is an operational manager of Victerz, LLC, a company that empowers clients in self-improvement.  Randy has a Doctor in Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering focused in Tissue Engineering, a Master’s in Engineering focused in Biomedical Engineering, a Bachelor’s in Engineering Science focused in Thermofluids.  He has 2+ decades of healthcare expertise as both a Bioenvironmental Engineer (Director-Leadership) solving health risks caused by human activity, and also as a nationally registered ARRT professional in Radiology (Manager-Organizational).  He has a long-standing career as a military professional in both Officer (OIC) and Enlisted (NCOIC) ranks.  He has taught at healthcare facilities and in university settings (Adjunct).  He is peer-review published in journals and has authored numerous book chapters.  Dr. McClelland has created intellectual property, patented nationally and internationally, via registrations, design, and utility formats.  Additional legal actions include business creation, investor agreements, employee discord, company shares (executive, manager, and employee contracts), offsite manufacturing, product distribution, and collaborations.  He is a entrepreneur functioning across all c-suite executive venues; aligning win-win solutions.
