Customer agrees to the following

• NO WARRANTIES: Customer acknowledges that products are being supplied without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, and Victerz disclaims any and all warranties.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Victerz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including loss of income or profits related to any Victerz product.

• ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Customer agrees to acknowledge Victerz, LLC. as the source of any material shipped hereunder in all publications or patent applications that reference or arise out of Victerz’s material.
